ProximityParks, the leading investor and developer of last mile logistics industrial parks in Mexico, announced the release of its first ESG Report, marking a new stage of transparency for the largest, most diversified, and sustainable last mile industrial real estate portfolio in Mexico.
The report reflects the core principle that guides every ProximityParks investment: every ProximityParks must be Triple-Net-Positive® (NNN+) — positive for the companies and consumers ProximityParks serves, positive for cities and the environment where the firm operates, and positive for its investors.
«Publishing our first ESG Report reflects the responsibility we assume as a company and the way we think about growth: with discipline, high standards, and a long-term perspective.» – Mario Berlanga, CEO & Managing Partner.
