ProximityParks Viaducto Recognized as Mexico’s Industrial Development of the Year

ProximityParks has been honored with the 2025 ADI Award by the Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios (ADI), in recognition of ProximityParks Viaducto as Mexico’s Industrial Development of the Year. The award was presented in the presence of Mexico City’s Head of Government, Clara Brugada, and the Secretary of Economic Development, Manola Zabalza Aldama. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to developing strategically located industrial parks that respond to the evolving needs of last mile logistics and enable faster, cheaper, and more environmentally-friendly deliveries.

Recognizing Urban Impact, Design, and Transformation

The ADI Awards are considered the most prestigious recognition in Mexico’s real estate industry. The recognition highlight projects that stand out for their positive environmental and social impact, design excellence, innovation, best practices, and contributions to urban development.

ProximityParks Viaducto stood out for its state-of-art design, sustainable features, and strategic location—just minutes from Mexico City’s primary consumer zones. Spanning over 2 hectares, this facility has become a key enabler for last mile logistics operations in one of Latin America’s most demanding urban markets.

A Milestone Year for ProximityParks Viaducto

This is the second major recognition ProximityParks Viaducto has received in 2025, following the AMEXCAP Alebrijes Award earlier this year, where it was named Real Estate Private Equity Transaction of the Year. Together, these awards confirm its position as the most modern, centric, and high-capacity last mile logistics park in Mexico City.

To date, ProximityParks Viaducto has enabled the processing of over 6.3 million packages, helping logistics and e-commerce companies significantly improve their delivery efficiency while lowering operational costs and environmental impact.

“Receiving such a prestigious recognition is a proud moment for our entire team,” said Mario Berlanga, CEO and Co-Founder of ProximityParks. “ProximityParks Viaducto is redefining last mile logistics in Mexico City, and is a testament to the work, vision, and purpose that drive us: To Reimagine Spaces To Get You Closer. We do this by (re)developing strategically located last mile logistics industrial parks that enable faster, cheaper, and more environmentally friendly deliveries,”.

The leading investment and development firm in last mile logistics real estate

Developed with an investment of USD 25 million, ProximityParks Viaducto is part of ProximityParks’ broader plan to invest USD 300 million in Mexico over the next three years. In 2025 alone, the company plans to invest USD 80 million, enabling the investment of 4 to 6 new assets across Mexico’s largest cities.

With 17 properties and over USD 450 million in assets under management, ProximityParks is now the largest, most diversified, and sustainable last mile real estate portfolio in Mexico.
