ProximityParks, Mexico’s leading and fastest-growing investor and developer of last mile logistics industrial parks, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alfredo Moreno as Vice President of Operations. With a background in management consulting, industrial real estate, and energy, Alfredo brings a proven track record in strategy execution and operational transformation.
In his new role, Alfredo will oversee operational performance across the firm’s departments and its growing portfolio of urban industrial parks in Mexico. He will also support the execution of high-impact projects that align with ProximityParks’ commitment to be the best landlord and strategic partner to its clients.

Before joining ProximityParks, Alfredo made significant contributions at McKinsey & Company. He spearheaded the transformation of the operating model for several multinational companies across Mexico, Latin America, and the U.S. in sectors including consumer goods, manufacturing, and retail. Alfredo also held key roles at O’Donnell, where he was responsible for investor relations, investment analysis, and capital structuring for key industrial real estate investments in Mexico. Earlier in his career, he worked at Gauss Energía, a solar energy firm, where he led the financial modeling of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Alfredo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated with honors and received the Dean’s Service Award. He also has a BA in Economics with a minor in Finance from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and has completed academic programs at the London School of Economics.
