Proven Leadership in Client Strategy
Katya brings over a decade of experience building and leading client-facing organizations at scale. Prior to joining ProximityParks, she held senior leadership roles at WeWork Mexico, where she oversaw multi-city operations and helped define the service standards that shaped the client experience across the organization. Her background spans client strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership — with a consistent track record of driving measurable business performance across complex, high-growth environments.
Bringing ProximityParks Closer to Its Tenants
As Head of Client Success, Katya will work closely across the organization to deepen the relationship between ProximityParks and every tenant. Her role is to ensure that every tenant experiences ProximityParks as a true strategic partner — and that the company’s culture and values are felt across every property and every relationship.
With over USD 650 million in assets under management and a USD 470 million forward investment commitment over the next three years, the scale of ProximityParks’ portfolio makes this kind of dedicated, relationship-first leadership more important than ever.
