ProximityParks Invests USD 25 Million in San Pedro Garza García to Develop Northern Mexico’s Most Modern and Sustainable Last Mile Logistics Park

Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, November 12, 2024 – ProximityParks, the leading and pioneering investor and developer of last mile logistics industrial parks in Mexico, held the groundbreaking ceremony for its newest project, ProximityParks San Pedro, bringing logistics and e-commerce companies closer to the largest consumption market in the Monterrey metropolitan area. The new property, set to begin operations in September 2025, reinforces the company’s leadership position, which already includes the largest portfolio of last mile logistics industrial properties in the country.

During the event, Mauricio Fernández Garza, Municipal President of San Pedro Garza García, and Fernando Garza Treviño, the municipality’s Secretary of Urban Development, took part in breaking ground on this project, which will become northern Mexico’s most modern and sustainable last mile logistics center.

With an investment of USD 25 million, ProximityParks San Pedro is being developed on a 4 hectare site and will include 19,000 square meters of warehouse and office space, subdivisible into three modules. The property is located west of the municipality, at the corner of Blvd. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz and Zinc Street, giving quick access to millions of consumers in San Pedro Garza García, Monterrey, and Santa Catarina.
