Héctor has built a strong track record advising companies and investment funds on high-impact transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, restructurings, and joint ventures across industries such as real estate, energy, retail, and manufacturing.
Through 2025, Héctor led the legal strategy behind two transformative deals that reinforced our market position:
- A $1,250 million MXN co-investment with three of Mexico’s largest pension funds to acquire and redevelop a strategic asset in Monterrey, which will become the largest last mile logistics complex in the country.
- A $1,200 million MXN structured financing from BBVA for our ProximityParks Fund I portfolio, designed around the operational and cash-flow profile of our assets rather than a standard facility.
Both transactions required aligning institutional governance standards with complex investment structures; the kind of precision execution that drives long-term value for our investors and partners.
His academic foundation includes a law degree from Universidad Panamericana and an LLM with honors from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, complemented by specialized training in international finance, tax strategy, and U.S. legal frameworks.
