Since joining ProximityParks in 2022, Alfonso has played a key role in some of the company’s most consequential investments. His work includes strategically significant acquisitions across Mexico’s major cities, among them ProximityParks Viaducto, recognized as Mexico’s Industrial Development of the Year in 2025 by ADI, and ProximityParks Vallejo I, the largest Class A industrial acquisition in Mexico City’s Vallejo corridor.
Along the way, he has grown into one of the most respected voices on the team, a consistent top performer who leads with purpose and earns the trust of everyone around him.

Alfonso brings over a decade of experience in real estate investment across private and public vehicles. Throughout his career, he has participated in the management of over USD 1.5 billion across several real estate asset classes, developing deep expertise in investment analysis, transaction execution and portfolio management.
