ProximityParks Lomas Verdes Earns Honorable Mention at the 2026 ADI Awards

ProximityParks received a special recognition from the Asociación de Desarrolladores Inmobiliarios (ADI) at the 2026 ADI Awards. The ceremony opened with ProximityParks Lomas Verdes: a former gym and a cluster of vacant warehouses, reimagined into a last mile logistics industrial park that brings companies closer to urban consumption centers.

This marks the third consecutive year ProximityParks has earned recognition at the ADI Awards. It’s the only distinction for industrial projects within Mexico’s most important annual real estate convention.

Held during Expo Desarrollo Inmobiliario The Real Estate Show 2026, the ADI Awards recognize real estate projects that stand out for their architectural quality, urban vision, innovation, and contribution to their surroundings.

ProximityParks Lomas Verdes earned this recognition through the full scope of its transformation. A disused gymnasium and a cluster of vacant warehouses on Avenida Lomas Verdes, one of the most visible corridors in northern Mexico City, became a state-of-the-art last mile logistics industrial park, serving companies and consumers across the Satélite-Lomas Verdes corridor.

The project achieved LEED Gold BD+C certification, a 69% improvement in energy performance versus a conventional reference building, a 51% reduction in interior water consumption, and zero exterior water use through 100% endemic landscaping.

But the transformation went beyond logistics. ProximityParks Lomas Verdes hosted the first edition of Muralmente Cerca, an urban art initiative that commissioned a 400-square-meter mural by Luis Antonio Medina, a rising Oaxacan artist, on Avenida Lomas Verdes. What was once a blank facade is now a permanent cultural landmark, seen daily by the thousands of people who pass by.

Built with an investment of over USD 18 million, ProximityParks Lomas Verdes is part of a portfolio that today exceeds USD 650 million in assets under management, as the company executes its growth program to reach USD 1 billion.

This last mile industrial park generated 498 jobs during construction and sustains approximately 180 permanent direct jobs in operation, all within walking distance of public transit and densely populated neighborhoods in northern Mexico City.
