ProximityParks welcomes back Mizael Alvarez as Director of Construction. Mizael brings over 15 years of experience in the development of industrial and commercial properties across Mexico, and returns at a pivotal moment as ProximityParks continues expanding its portfolio of last mile industrial parks across the country’s major cities.
Built on ProximityParks Standards
During his first tenure at the company, Mizael strengthened the construction department’s processes and standards, building the operational foundation that continues to guide the team today. His broader experience includes large-scale Class A industrial park development at Finsa and over 300,000 sqm of industrial buildings at Hermosillo & Asociados, one of Mexico’s top construction firms. He holds a civil engineering degree from Tec de Monterrey.
A Culture Worth Coming Back To
Mizael’s return speaks for itself. He knows firsthand what it means to work somewhere where purpose drives every decision. Each development is designed and built to generate a positive impact for companies and consumers, for cities and the environment, and for investors. That is what ProximityParks calls its Triple-Net-Positive (NNN+) approach. That clarity is present in every project, every team, and every decision, all guided by one clear purpose: reimagining spaces to get you closer.
« ProximityParks brings together people who genuinely care about doing things right. Everyone here is committed to growing, to giving their best — and it shows in the final result. That’s what makes this place different, and what led me to come back. » — Mizael Alvarez, Director of Construction
ProximityParks’ culture is built on people who pursue excellence, take bold decisions, and genuinely care about the communities where they operate. For Mizael, returning wasn’t just a professional move. It was coming back to a place where the work and the people behind it truly align.
