This report marks a starting point. Looking ahead, our commitment is to maintain a practical, disciplined, and results-driven ESG approach: strengthening risk management, reinforcing a culture of responsibility, and holding every investment to the same Triple-Net-Positive (NNN+) standard.

Every ProximityParks' investment must be positive for the companies and consumers we serve, positive for the cities and the environment in which we operate, and positive for our investors. That is how we continue building a company that is solid, sustainable, profitable, and well positioned to endure for decades to come.

The past year set our baseline, and we intend to build on it every year.
